Important Information Before You Start

  • Before you begin the application process, please ensure you have all the required information and scanned documents available in pdf or jpg formats in less than 2MB size for each file.

  • You will be required to fill in the information in 3 sections.

  • Once you have completed your application, you are invited to select "Payment Request".

  • Upon receipt of your payment request, our customer care team will send you a link by SMS and email to allow you to make your payment.

  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a receipt of payment and a reference number.

  • Customer service will complete your application within 6 working days.

  • You will receive your requested NOC by email.

Please note:

  • The card acceptance on this particular MID is only for Domestic Cards and No international Cards.

  • Owner association management clearance letter (Charges must be paid 60 days from the NOC submission date)

  • All admin fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Unit number

  • Number of owner/s

  • Title deed/oqood certificate/deferred sales agreement

  • Latest DEWA bill for the unit

  • Latest EMPOWER bill for the unit (If applicable)

  • Latest FEWA bill for the unit (If applicable)

  • Latest UTICO bill for the unit (If applicable)

  • Owner association management clearance letter

  • Signed agreement between the seller and buyer

  • Mortgage approval letter from the bank (if applicable)

  • Passport – first page and signature page of each owner

  • UAE residency visa page of each owner (applicable for UAE residents)

  • Emirates ID copy (applicable for UAE residents)

  • Company or trade license/incorporation certificate (applicable for company owner/s)

  • Memorandum/articles of association (applicable for company owner/s)

  • Board or shareholder resolution/power of attorney (applicable for company owner/s)

  • Authorized signatory passport copy (applicable for company owner/s)

  • Certificate of incorporation and good standing (applicable for company owner/s)

  • Certificate of incumbency (applicable for company owner/s)
